Your User Profile

When you sign up for Genability Explorer, we create a profile that is unique to you and only requires a valid email address. We suggest using your work email so we can map you to other members of your company and put you in the same organization. Explorer Accounts are private and require a username and password to log in.

Forget your Password?

  • You can request a new passord on the log in page by entering your username or email.
  • Genability will send you an email with a temporary password.
  • To change your password select the 'change password' option in the drop-down menu next to your username.
